ITINERARY:

DAY 1. ATHENS

Upon your arrival to Athens International Airport, you will be met by our driver and transfered to your hotel. Overnight stay in Athens.

DAY 2. ATHENS GUIDED CITY TOUR

After having breakfast, you will be picked-up from your hotel for a half day tour of Athens. We will depart for Temple of Olympian Zeus (visit). Proceed to Panathinaiko Stadium cradle of the first Olympic Games took place in 1896 (short stop). Pass by the Prime's Ministers residence, Ex Royal Palace, (guarded by colourful Evzones) Zappion (Conference and Exhibition Hall), National Garden, Hadrian's Arc, St.Paul's Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schlieman's House (Nomismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University, National Library, Old Parliament, Constitution Square ,Russian Orthodox Church, Acropolis (visit Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon, Erechtheion).After the tour we will take you back to your hotel .

Rest of the day is free in Athens to explore the charming old "Plaka" district on your own. Overnight stay in Athens.

DAY 3. ATHENS

Free day in Athens for shopping and discovering the charms of the city OR  choose from our optional sightseeing tours (such as Delphi, Epidaurus-Mycenae etc.).

DAY 4. ATHENS / AIRPORT

After breakfast in your hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. .

CAPE SOUNION
Take a relaxing trip down to the southernmost tip of Mainland Greece to see the fifth century B.C Temple of Poseidon at Sounion. See if you can spot where Byron carved his initials on one of the temple's sixteen columns. Marvel at the sheer rugged beauty of the coastline and the ancient temple perched above a 197-foot drop down to the Aegean Sea below. Stand above the site of the world's first lighthouse, overlooking an area steeped in classical Greek history, ever since the tragic king Aegeas threw himself from the rocky precipice into the sea below, there by giving his name to the Aegean Sea.

DELPHI DAY TOUR – Full day

LEVADIA • ARACHOVA • DELPHI (visit) • ATHENS

Drive through LEVADIA and ARACHOVA (famous for its bright multi colored carpets) arrive in DELPHI.

At the foot of Mount Parnassos, within the angle formed by the twin rocks of the Phaedriades, lies the Pan-Hellenic sanctuary of Delphi, which had the most famous oracle of ancient Greece.

Visit of the archaeological site and the Museum where one can see among other archeological treasures, the unique bronze statue of the Charioteer dedicated to Apollo by Polyzalos, the tyrant of Gela, in 478 B.C. when he won the chariot-race at the Pythian Games.

ARGOLIS DAY TOUR (MYCENAE - EPIDAURUS - NAFPLION) – Full Day

Drive along the coastal  road  of  the Saronic Gulf to MYCENAE (Visit) .Then trough ARGOS on to NAUPLIA 1st capital of Greece in 1829 – After lunch depart to EPIDAURUS (Visit)
