7 - Day itinerary
Day 1 Tuesday Kusadasi
Today is an arrival day, so without further ado...
welcome to Turkey! Today, we meet our guide and
fellow travelling companions.. Overnight

Day 2 Wednesday Ephesus, Kusadasi
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided
tour of Ephesus and a visit to the Temple of
Artemis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the
ancient city and stadium. Carpet weaving has
long traditions in Turkey. At the carpet village
we learn how the carpets are made by hand and
what determines their value. Overnight Kusadasi

Day 3 Thursday Pamukkale, Hierapolis
Tour the magnificent white calcium terraces of
Pamukkale, followed by the ancient city of
Hierapolis. Take a dip in the hot springs that
were used in Roman times for their therapeutic
powers. Overnight Pamukkale (B,D)
Day 4 Friday Silk Road, Konya
Today we travel the ancient Silk Road passing
several Caravanserais and visiting Sultanhani
Caravansary. Along the way we also visit Konya,
where we take time to tour the Mevlana Museum.
Tonight, don't miss the optional traditional
Turkish folklore evening! Overnight Cappadocia

Day 5 Saturday Cappadocia, Goreme, Underground
City
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia
through Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys, an
underground city and more. Overnight Cappadocia

Day 6 Sunday Ankara
In the nations capital, Ankara, we visit the
award winning Anatolian Civilisation's Museum,
before heading back to Istanbul. Overnight
Istanbul (B) (Optional morning flight to
Istanbul from Kayseri, Cappadocia)
Day 7 Monday Istanbul
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say
goodbye to our new friends. (B)
You can extend your Istanbul stay with post
accommodation and take a Istanbul city tour.
